Four of them got even.
Now there's 3,400.

01 — The Project

Four deep-sea degenerates
with a grudge and a plan.

Ethereum · 3,400

3,400 Bandits on Ethereum. Hand-drawn 3D art, with every trait built from the disguises and tools the crew uses to rob the people who rug everybody else.

A game you play with the Bandits you already own, for real prizes. And a utility built to keep you from getting rugged again.

The art is finished, the metadata is locked, and the mint is what's next.

No species is the rare one — the crew needs all four.

The set is locked and provable. We published a fingerprint of the finished art before a single token was assigned, so nothing can be swapped or re-rolled after the fact.

03 — The Heist

A game played with the
Bandits you own.

Free · Prizes · Holders
The world of the Heist

Four regions. Fifteen jobs.

The Shallows, The Drain, The Boneyard, The Trench. It gets darker and it pays better in exactly the order you'd expect.

Real prizes
Every season ends with payouts to the top spots of the board — NFTs and tokens from many projects we respect, including our own.
Seasons
The board resets, the prize pool changes, and a bad previous season costs you nothing but time.
Nothing staked
No Bandit is ever burned, spent or transferred by playing. There is nothing to buy and nothing to lose. Only caveat being you can't play with a listed Bandit.

How it works

01

Assemble a crew

Your Bandits' traits become their stats. Force, Tech, Flash and Plan are read off the metadata you already own — nothing is minted, staked or spent to play.

02

Take a job

Five stages, an approach chosen at each one, and a d20 that does not care how good your plan was. Legwork buys you better odds before you ever go in.

03

Climb the board

Scores post to a seasonal leaderboard. The harder the job, the more the take.

A game. No entry fee, no wagering, nothing to buy. Prizes are awarded, not won against a stake.
04 — Utility · The Locks

Every marketplace
still holds a key.

Free · No wallet connection

Those keys don't expire. Most people are carrying dozens they forgot about — and that's how wallets get emptied months after the mistake. Paste an address and we'll show you which doors are still open.

It's free, it works without a wallet connection, and you don't need to hold a Bandit to use it. Holders have access to a premium version.

Provenance

How we proved the set was locked.

All 3,400 Bandits were drawn and finished before a single token ID existed. To prove we didn't quietly reorder or swap anything afterwards, we published a fingerprint of the finished set — one string that changes completely if the set changes at all.

01

Lock the list. The finished set is written out in one fixed, sorted order, before any token ID is assigned. That list is run through SHA-256, and what comes out is the proof hash below.

02

Publish it first. The proof hash and the shuffle seed go public before mint — before anyone, us included, knows which Bandit lands on which token ID.

03

Shuffle with the seed. The seed drives the shuffle that maps that list onto token IDs 1–3,400. Same list, same seed, same mapping — every time it's run.

04

Check it yourself. Rebuild the list from the revealed collection, hash it, and re-run the shuffle with the published seed. Both numbers have to come out the same. If either one doesn't, we changed something.

That string is a hash, not a wallet address — there is nothing to send anything to. It only means something because it is published before the reveal.
